Customer Service & Mobile Operations

Mobile Worksite Requirements: The customer must provide a flat, hard surface (concrete or asphalt) and legal, unobstructed access to the vehicle.

Service Area: These terms apply to all mobile services performed within a 20-mile radius of Loganville, including Snellville, Grayson, and Conyers.

Diagnostic Fees: A non-refundable $100 mobile diagnostic fee is required for all service calls. This fee may be applied toward the labor of a confirmed repair at the technician's discretion.

Weather & Safety: We reserve the right to reschedule services due to extreme Georgia weather or if the location poses an environmental or safety risk.

Warranty: We provide a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on labor if we provide parts and warranty fee is paid (this fee of 35$ must be requested by the customer) and performed by our technicians. Parts are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.

II. Independent Contractor (1099) Agreement

Employment Status: All technicians are Independent Contractors (1099) and are responsible for their own tax filings, health insurance, and workers' compensation.

Professional Equipment: Contractors must provide their own professional-grade diagnostic tools and reliable transportation to reach customers in the Loganville area.

Non-Solicitation: Contractors are strictly prohibited from soliciting KC Mobile Mechanic clients for private work or \"off-book\" repairs; violation results in immediate termination of the partnership.

Indemnification: The contractor agrees to hold KC Mobile Mechanic and Kevin Campbell harmless from any claims or damages resulting from the contractor’s individual negligence or workmanship errors.

III. Referral Program & Community Partners

Eligibility: A successful referral is defined as a new customer who completes a paid service of at least $150.

Rewards: Partners may choose between a $25 service credit or a $20 cash reward via Zelle or Venmo, processed within 10 business days of the invoice being paid.

Expiration: Service credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance.

Every technician representing KC Mobile Mechanic must adhere to the following standards to maintain our perfect community rating.

1. Radical Transparency

Never recommend a part or service that isn't strictly necessary for the vehicle's safety or reliability.

Always explain \"why\" a repair is needed using clear language and digital diagnostic reports.

2. Driveway Integrity

Leave every customer’s property cleaner than you found it.

Use protective mats and fluid catch-pans for every oil change or cooling system flush to prevent driveway stains.

3. Technical Excellence

If you don’t have the specialized tool for a job (like a Topdon scanner or specific diagnostic software), do not \"guess\"—request the correct equipment or consult the lead mechanic.

Stay current on advanced vehicle electronics and emissions systems to ensure every fix is a permanent one.
